  1. Deconvolved SD-40 PSFs collected with a 40x/1.3 objective were used to generate input images for CCC with 50 spatially correlated pairings at 1.13 µm correlation distance. Additional Gaussian distributed noise was added to each input image, then all negative values were set to zero prior to analysis. Results from the CCC plugin for each signal to noise ratio are shown. All values are shown as Mean (SD) for n = 10 repeats
