  1. Deconvolved SD-40 PSFs collected with a 40x/1.3 objective were used to generate input images for CCC with various numbers of spatially correlated pairings, reported as molecular density per image, at 1.13 µm correlation distance. Results from the CCC plugin for each molecular density are shown. All values are shown as Mean (SD) for n = 10 repeats
