Capture of different qs by the pLM embeddings Supervised dimensionality reduction by UMAP is able to separate proteins of different qs, in particular for the qs represented by many entries in the dataset, with nice separation for octamers as well (light green). qs are colored as in Fig. 1A. Note that this map includes all the data, i.e., both the training and hold out sets.
