Window length selection for the 1KGP, CCDG and rhesus datasets. Random samples of 150 individuals were taken from the 1KGP and CCDG datasets and window length selection was calculated for an average SV-density of 10 SV per window. In black (furthest left) is the rhesus data with a selected window length of 27kbp that represents the noisiest dataset. Next, we see in orange the distribution for the CCDG data and finally, in blue for 1KGP (most curated)
