The x-axis represents the percentage of the parent population (CD3+CD4+ T cells) that are FOXP3+ or HLADR+CD38- while the y-axis represents the microbiome data (measured in relative abundance, in the range from 0 to 1). Each point represents the values for one sample from one person. Points are color coded to represent the cohort to which the corresponding person belongs. Size of the points are proportional to the influence of the point on the fitted regression, with the maximum influence value shown in the top table. Lines represent the fitted regression model for each cohort.
