The thresholds of 4 and 8 were used to determine different levels of oxidative stress, while the thresholds of 2 and 4 were employed to partition ER stress and death executioner caspases. These thresholds were determined by the expression levels of the genes. The bold dark lines indicate the median values. The extent and significance (* indicates p-value <0.05) of the difference between two groups are also provided in the figure.
