Gmodel sequentially tests the association of 1423 methylation marks with 708,365 genotypes (and covariates), Emodel sequentially tests the association of 1423 methylation marks with 19 environmental factors and GxEmodel sequentially tests that association of 1423 methylation marks with the interaction of every combination of the 708,365 genotypes and 19 environmental factors.
