  1. *Partitions obtained from automatic methods, are identified by three letter code. The first letter in the name of each automatic partitions indicates the structures comparison method (V, S and D, for VAST, SHEBA and DALI respectively), the second letter, the score (N, P, and Z, for number of matched residues, Pcli and Zscore, respectively), and the third letter indicates the level cut (L) or largest size cut (S) strategies. SCOP corresponds to the C class fold partition of the manual classification SCOP.
