Spoligoforest of Caribbean data in Duchene et al. [25]. Spoligoforest for the Caribbean data set (from Cuba, Haiti and French Antilles) in [25]. The clustering of spoligotypes from the LAM group appears in the subtree with ST 42 at the top. This group is highlighted in the spoligoforest, and corresponds to clade 2-1 discussed in [25], which includes the LAM3 and LAM9 families.
