  1. This table summarizes for each approach all reporters that could be imported and visualized using the GenMAPP program. A clear distinction has been made between the local MAPPs released on September 20th, 2006 and the Gene Ontology database, built in the MAPPFinder program of GenMAPP (Release date: August 25th, 2005). In general, improving the annotation yields better pathway visualization.
