X-axis represents the π0 estimated by q-value method on the 100 Data-M simulations, and y-axis represents the 1st, 2nd and 3rd quartiles of π0 estimated by SampG, SampS method and the bootstrapped p-values, in the 3 plots respectively. Circles are the 3rd quartile of estimation, triangles are the median and diamonds are the 1st quartile. The lines in the images are the 45 degree diagonal line and the horizontal line corresponds to the true π0 which equals to 0.7. We used q-value plug-in for SampG and SampS in this figure.
