  1. For the fourth study, the posterior connectivity probabilities are shown for the four signal connected blocks with ρ values of 0.7, 0.6, 0.6, and 0.5, respectively. For the composite models and the single rep models, all these are quite high. The last two rows indicate the posterior probability averages over all other non-block threesome of proteins; these averages are very low.
