In each graph, the solid and dashed lines are the ROCs corresponding to the generating partial correlations and generating Pearson correlations, respectively. On each ROC curve, the ROC points correspond to the decreasing sequence of edge posterior probabilities. The partial correlation ROC curves are better than (above) the corresponding Pearson correlation curves. The composite's partial correlation ROC curves outperform the corresponding curves for each of the individual replications.
