Least squares superpositions of H. marismortui triples that were not conserved in sequence with the three other structures (D. radiodurans, E. coli, T. thermophilus,). These show maintenance of equivalent structural spaces where (A) documents possibly organism specific domain interfacing interactions; (B) interactions where variation occurs as a whole triple; (C) interactions where most variations may have gone through a single base mutation step. The equivalent triples selected from the alignment of 23 different prokaryotic species from Table 1 are shown to the right of each corresponding triple superposition.
