Ordered samples are plotted along the horizontal-axis with the 200 control observations plotted first (multiplication signs on the left side) followed by the 200 case observations (diamonds on the right side). The SL output normalized z-scores for each sample are plotted on the vertical-axis. The separation boundary that gave 0.95 sensitivity is z = 0.49 (solid line) with a false positive fraction = 0.33.
